Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Food Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science and a passion for developing innovative and safe food products. As a Food Technologist, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of product development, from concept to commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development to identify new product ideas and opportunities.
- Develop and test new food products to ensure they meet our high standards for quality, safety, and taste.
- Work with internal teams to understand consumer needs and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to food safety and labeling.
- Prepare and present technical documentation for new products.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or Nutrition.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in product development, with a demonstrated ability to develop and test new food products.
- Strong understanding of food science principles and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate and write in Chinese.
