Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data to support product development and quality control, offering valuable insights through trend analysis. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes and interpreting complex datasets to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs in order to provide data-driven recommendations for product development and process optimization.
- Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and visualization using Power BI and other tools for product quality and process efficiency.
- Stay current with the latest data trends and technologies and AI applications in the food industry to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition, Data Analytics or IT.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in Chinese.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
