Responsibilities
- Assisting Executives in IP-related matters and daily tasks
- Updating, maintaining and monitoring deadlines on file-related matters
- Generating standard letters, drafting invoices and ad hoc correspondence
- Working within a team and contributing to team’s objectives
- Performing tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Proficient in PC skills, esp. in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Hardworking and self-motivated
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
