Assistant Product Manager, Mobile

We are seeking an Assistant Product Manager to join StarHub's Mobile Products team, focusing on building and enhancing postpaid and prepaid mobile services for both consumers and SME customers. In this role, you will assist in the development, execution, and product lifecycle management of our mobile product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap
• Industry Research: Develop and maintain an understanding of customer experience and tech trends, assessing their impact on the roadmap.
• Customer Insights: Participate in end-user research to inform product prioritization and understand current customer experiences.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive product analysis to identify areas of opportunity.
Product Execution and Delivery
• Metrics and Reporting: Generate and maintain dashboards and reports to track product health and success metrics.
• Backlog Management: Assist with maintaining and updating the product backlog and priorities in collaboration with partners.
• Scoping and Prioritization: Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• User Stories: Write feature and user stories to capture requirements and translate product strategy into actionable work for development teams.
• Documentation: Prepare product documents and use cases to drive product activity.
• Support Sales and Marketing: Provide necessary product knowledge to sales and marketing teams, assisting in the development of adoption tools and training materials.
Product Operations
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during product operations.
• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks including service provisioning and escalations.
• Drive process efficiency improvements to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Customer Operations, IT and networks teams.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience, ideally in a telco product development environment.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with software development leveraging Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Communication: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
