Event Planner (Car Exhibition)

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute car exhibitions and automotive events, from concept development to completion
- Collaborate with car brands, dealerships, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and branding alignment
- Coordinate all aspects of the event, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, registration, and guest relations
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and action plans, ensuring timely delivery of each stage of the event
- Handle all permits, licenses, and insurance required for the event
- Oversee the design and setup of event spaces, including booths, displays, stage areas, and signage
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors (e.g., sound, lighting, staging, catering)
- Create marketing and promotional strategies for the event, including social media, advertisements, and press releases
- Ensure smooth event-day operations, including managing staff, coordinating schedules, and resolving any issues that arise
- Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze the event's success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably with experience in automotive exhibitions or large-scale trade shows
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ability to work within budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and maximize event profitability
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges during events
- Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings when events are held
