The College of Computing & Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for the position of Research Associate.
The Research Associate will provide support to the project, e.g. data cleaning and diarisation, for sociometric profiling modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide support to the project, e.g. data cleaning and diarisation, for sociometric profiling modeling.
- To assist in development of computational models and sourcing/annotating video data.
- To participate in sourcing for relevant datasets, data collection and experiments to evaluate and benchmark the models under development.
- To assist in writing project reports.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in computer science/engineering or related fields.
- Experience in data collection, and familiarity with human datasets (brain, video, behavioral etc. is a plus.
- Experience in the following programming languages and frameworks: Python, Pytorch, Keras, is a plus.
- Good communication and writing skills
- Excellent teamwork and experience working with research team and/or students.
