☑ Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am – 6pm
Roles & Responsibilities
· Creating and implementing sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
· Leading, motivating, and coaching a sales team to achieve targets.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
· Identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets, and acquiring new customers.
· Developing sales forecasts and budgets, and monitoring performance against targets.
· Continuously refining sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Negotiating sales contracts and ensuring profitable deals.
· Developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
· Sales & Business Management Experience
