Job Description:
- To deliver order management platform enhancements. This include onboarding of new FIX-in/FIX-out client/brokers.
- Plan, co-ordinate and liaise with users, vendor and the development team on system requirements gathering, documentation and creating/performing user acceptance tests for successful, scalable, and efficient system implementation.
- Manage all activities end-to-end to deliver the project (from scoping to implementation).
- Work with Production L2/L1 Team to troubleshoot and provide guidance when there are any incidents.

- Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results.
Required Experience:
- Candidate must equip with basic Equities Trading product knowledge.
- Familiarity with trade processing/routing experience is an advantage.
- Agile practice experience is a must
- Strong expertise in FIX 4.2 / 4.4 protocol, Oracle 19c, Postgres, vbscript, Git, Jenkins is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of internet and mobile banking concepts, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience in managing medium to large scale application project from beginning to end, with skills in requirement study and functional/detail design, QA,testing, and software change/version control management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- High sense of ownership of task assigned, deliver applications with high quality and efficiency.
- Good communication, inter-personnel skills is required.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills
- At least 5 years of working experience in application development, preferably in banking environments
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
