Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support the management and growth of our multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, inventory checking, order fulfillment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting marketing activities across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing & Management:
Manage and maintain product information on the company's e-commerce platforms (such as Weshop, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok), ensuring the accuracy of product information on all platforms.
2. Order Fulfillment:
Process and fulfill orders from all e-commerce channels, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely and accurate manner.
3. Customer Service Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support, handling customer service issues on e-commerce platforms.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Content Creation:
Taking high-quality photos and videos of new products for social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), the company e-commerce website, and mini programs, while writing copy to accurately convey brand information and attract the target audience
5. Website and Mini Program Management:
Regularly update product and promotional content on the e-commerce website and mini programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the content.
Key Requirements:
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic content creation skills.
- Familiarity with the product listing and order management processes on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Basic data analysis skills, including tracking performance and identifying trends.
- Strong market sensitivity, business acumen, and ability to stay updated with industry trends.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Singaporean and PR will be given priority.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese is a must.
- Prior experience in an e-commerce role is preferred.
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic photo/video editing software.
