We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our Finance team in Singapore.

You should also be calm, self-motivated, organized, and have a strong eye for detail, all while enjoying the dynamics of a small, fast-paced business. This role is perfect for anyone seeking to gain more experience in finance, especially if you're on the path to becoming a qualified accountant.
About the role
You will report to the Senior Accountant and be responsible for:
- Raising contractor timesheets, sales, and self-bill invoices for our Asia entities
- Processing overhead invoices to the correct General Ledger accounts
- Maintaining and reconciling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Processing bank payments for contractor payroll and overhead expenses
- Managing finance email inboxes and supplier communications
- Reconciling bank accounts across all agencies, including handling multi-currencies and FX variances
- Managing employee expenses and company credit cards
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Supporting the Finance team with various ad hoc projects
Experience required
Essential
- Proven bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable and receivable (1-3 years in a similar role)
- Experience handling multi-currency transactions
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
Desired
- Experience within the recruitment industry
- Experience with Navision Dynamics / Business Central
