Job Description:
- IT assets Management ensuring accurate inventory and lifecycle management.
- Identify opportunities for automation to improve the efficiency and reduce manual task.
- Responsible for IT initiatives, like system updates, deployments, process enhancements ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors to purchase, maintain and support IT equipment and services.
- Plan skill development for the IT support team to upgrade their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and follow ITIL for IT service management ensuring best practices and meeting SLA and audit requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations (preferably EUC), with at least 2 years in managerial role.
- Proficiency in managing end-user computing environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
- Good communication skills.
- Relevant certs such as ITIL, in End User Computing will be preferred.
