ASSET MANAGEMENT AND SECURITIES SERVICES DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Main Tasks and Duties
  • Promote the stable development of asset management and custody services for the Bank, strengthen team management, and achieve operational targets.
  • Enhance the China-Singapore financial connectivity innovation plan and actively apply for the first batch of pilot programs with regulatory authorities in both countries.
  • Explore opportunities arising from the expansion of QDII and the accelerated opening of China’s financial markets to drive asset growth.
  • Lead the drafting of optimization requirements for the custody system to enhance the automation of cross-border custody services.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with various departments of the head office and entities within the group, strengthening synergies in asset management and custody services across the group.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Master degree , preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics,Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Good command of English and Chinese languages as this role will need frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
  • 15 years (or above) of experience in Banks and 10 years (or above) of experience in managerial role
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
