Main Tasks and Duties
- Promote the stable development of asset management and custody services for the Bank, strengthen team management, and achieve operational targets.
- Enhance the China-Singapore financial connectivity innovation plan and actively apply for the first batch of pilot programs with regulatory authorities in both countries.
- Explore opportunities arising from the expansion of QDII and the accelerated opening of China’s financial markets to drive asset growth.
- Lead the drafting of optimization requirements for the custody system to enhance the automation of cross-border custody services.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with various departments of the head office and entities within the group, strengthening synergies in asset management and custody services across the group.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Master degree , preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics,Business Administration or other related disciplines
- Good command of English and Chinese languages as this role will need frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- 15 years (or above) of experience in Banks and 10 years (or above) of experience in managerial role
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
