Enterprise Risk Manager

Job Description:


1. Assist in enterprise risk management and implementing the optimization of enterprise risk management framework. Periodically review enterprise risk management policies. Conduct the evaluation of the effectiveness of comprehensive risk management of the branch.

2. Monitoring of risk appetite management of the branch. Supervise the implementation of business units, conduct periodical monitor, analysis and reporting of the risk indicators.

3. Organize main risk management departments to conduct monitoring, analyzing and reporting of enterprise risk, guide and supervise the first line of defense departments to conduct enterprise risk management related work.

4. Organize and conduct potential material risk reviews.

5. Responsible for secretary work of Risk Management and Internal Control Committee, and Credit Risk Management Committee.

6. Assist in performance appraisal of risk lines and enterprise risk management, and follow up key tasks assigned by senior management and committees.

7. Coordinate the training for risk culture and risk management related courses.


Job Requirement:


1. Work Experience: At least 3 years relevant banking experience

2. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above with Finance related major

3. Outstanding communication skills, conflict management, data analysis, investigation ability

4. Team player, good stress management,detail-oriented

5. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese is required (Including the ability to write Chinese reports) as incumbent is required to liaise with Chinese counterparts from Head Office.
