About our client: Our client is one of the MNC companies in the Chemical industry.


About the role:

  • Support onsite helpdesk and workplace operation in Singapore.
  • Support offshore colleagues (e.g. India, Japan and Korea) colleagues via remote support tool.
  • L1 Triage with ServiceNow tickets assignment, tracking and resolution within SLA.
  • Responsible for Asset inventory.
  • Microsoft Intune Laptop/desktop lifecycle for new hires/ resigned.
  • Supports Site IT and lab Applications as backup.
  • Support IT office technology (e.g. File, print services, IP phones & etc).
  • Hand on support for network and PC hardware issues.
  • Configure printers and label printers on network and resolve printer problems.
  • Participate in global/local projects to deliver solutions on-site.
  • Email messaging support configurations, troubleshooting (Lotus Notes Archive)
  • Managing User Accounts, Profiles, Groups & resource Permissions.


About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for managing laptop/desktop lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools for assisting offshore colleagues (India, Japan, Korea).
  • Strong knowledge of network and PC hardware troubleshooting.
  • Experience in configuring and resolving issues with printers and label printers.
  • Understanding of email messaging support configurations and troubleshooting (e.g., Lotus Notes Archive).
  • Familiarity with asset inventory management.
  • Good Team player and communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage user accounts, profiles, groups, and resource permissions effectively.
  • Willingness to participate in global/local projects.
  • Ability to support site IT and lab applications as needed.

  • Work location: Jurong Island (company transport provided)
  • Work hours: Mon - Fri (8.00am - 4.30pm)
  • Contract Duration: 1 year, subject to extension
