Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge between Business and Technology: Act as the main point of contact for business units and development/vendor teams. This includes translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Requirements Analysis and Documentation: Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), functional specifications, and user stories, conducting detailed analysis of requirements and coordinating with business and technical teams.
- Testing and Support:Conduct or coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on user stories. Work with development and production support teams to resolve production.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Project Management Experience: Experience in project management is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of banking systems like Finacle, REST APIs, and SQL/DB queries is valuable. Familiarity with modern application design using microservices and CI/CD tools such as Git and Jira is essential.
- Hands-on Experience: Previous hands-on coding experience and successful implementations using these technologies are advantageous.
- Agile Methodology:Understanding of agile methodologies and ceremonies within squads
