Procurement Assistant / Executive

1. Evaluate & shortlist suppliers & products, ensuring approved purchases are cost efficient and of high quality

2. Responsible for all procurement activities that compliance to regulatory requirements and meeting of material quality standards

3. Handle daily purchasing activities including sourcing, liaising, price & contract negotiation with existing and new suppliers/vendors

4. Coordinate with project staffs to determine & manage inventory needs

5. Responsible to coordinate with suppliers and forwarders in shipping and customs processes and procedures relating to importation, and on-time delivery of materials

6. Partake in any tasks assigned by management


Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Material Management or equivalent

2. Min. 2 years of procurement experience preferably in Construction/Engineering industry

3. Must have uncompromised integrity and good business ethics

4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

5. Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with our Mandarin speaking subcons/vendors

6. Only Singaporean and Permanent Residence may apply
