Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee vehicular Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Analyse customer complaints and refine product and service improvement points.
  • Analyse customer complaints and suggest product/service improvements.
  • Regularly produce analysis reports and provide decision-making insights.
  • Establish and track customer complaint handling processes and evaluate results.
  • Conduct research and surveys on customers, distributors, and aftersales performance.
  • Score, compare performance, analyse, and propose improvements.
  • Manage the NPS database and provide an overview of the NPS landscape.

Requirements

  • Min. Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in an automotive distributor/dealer environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • IT and software knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with colleagues in China.
