Duties & Responsibilities
- Report project progress to the Managing Director and work at any project assigned to you by the company.
- Oversee the budget sheet of projects under your care and make timely to the Director periodically on the profit and attendance.
- Provide necessary comparisons and recommendation on short listed vendor, sub cons and specialists before final confirmation by Managing Director.
- Carry out of contract and customer management to build strong customer relatiionship.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance and compliance with the project specifications, codes, standards and regulations.
- work cout any cost savings in term of value engineering and presenting it to the Managing Director before making submission to the consultants for approval.
- Manage all team members and ensure they deliver daily works to meet project requirements.
- Monitor and improve overall project progress to meet critical milestone dates.
- Manage and submit all variation costs and monitor project closely to ensure variation cost confirmation before awarding of work or approval of claims made by sub-contractor and vendors.
- Any other works/tasks given by the management for the completion of the project and other Ad-hoc assignments.
Working hours are: Monday to Friday : 0900 to 1800 hours (Alternate Saturday)
