Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake and present all baked items effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and gold standards.
- Able to produce breads/buns on schedule.
- Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness.
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
- All other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisors.
Requirements
- Experience in bread making preferred.
- Possess Food hygiene certification.
- Able to understand English (most of our documents are in English).
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Working hours
- Full-time position
- 6 days work per week
