Job Description

  • Involve in negotiations, evaluating quotations/tender submissions, and preparing Purchase Requisition & PO.
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary F&B. inventories and supplies needed to meet the day to day operation.
  • Review stock inventory to ensure sufficient stock level is maintained.
  • Co-ordinate with internal departments/vendors/logistic to track deliveries and verify on quantity & quality of received items.
  • Work closing with the kitchen and /or other internal customers on their requisition and supplies need.
  • Ensure purchasing functions complied with club policy and standard operational manual.
  • To take minutes for the Procurement Sub-Committee meeting
  • Oversee the purchasing and receiving team.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial position
  • Preferably with experience in hospitality/F&B industry
  • Strong in communication and negotiation skills
  • Possess positive working attitude
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Preferably with knowledge of Material Control System and Club Management Software
