Job Description
- Involve in negotiations, evaluating quotations/tender submissions, and preparing Purchase Requisition & PO.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary F&B. inventories and supplies needed to meet the day to day operation.
- Review stock inventory to ensure sufficient stock level is maintained.
- Co-ordinate with internal departments/vendors/logistic to track deliveries and verify on quantity & quality of received items.
- Work closing with the kitchen and /or other internal customers on their requisition and supplies need.
- Ensure purchasing functions complied with club policy and standard operational manual.
- To take minutes for the Procurement Sub-Committee meeting
- Oversee the purchasing and receiving team.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar managerial position
- Preferably with experience in hospitality/F&B industry
- Strong in communication and negotiation skills
- Possess positive working attitude
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Preferably with knowledge of Material Control System and Club Management Software
