A global energy-efficiency and infrastructure firm is looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Design Engineer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of cooling systems and industrial utilities projects (HVAC/District Cooling Systems). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on cooling technologies such as HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial water systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of cooling systems and industrial utilities projects (including large scale HVAC, chilled water, district cooling system, airside systems etc.)
- Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
- Provide technical inputs for CAPEX and OPEX assessments
- Review equipment specification and ensure technical compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant disciplines
- Min. 5+ years of design expertise for cooling systems, industrial utilities, or large scale HVAC projects
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, industrial water systems, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD/Revit
