Responsibilities
• Lead the research, development and deployment of advanced communication technologies, including next-gen Cellular Network, IoT and next-gen networking solutions (including network waveform and management)
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the communications industry
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and growth
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements
• Ensure all communication technologies and solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build, mentor and manage a high-performing team of product line managers
Requirements
• 10 years of experience in the communications industry, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and teams
• Deep understanding of communication protocols, waveform design and experience with Software Defined Radio platforms
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on innovation and growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a matrix-reporting team structure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
