- Oversee all architectural works on site.
- Attend meetings with client’s representative, consultants and main contractor.
- Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
- Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings in relation to the project (construction, shop drawings, as-built etc)
- Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference.
- To check, coordinate and develop drawings to ensure quality drawing to avoid conflicts win the Consultant and Contractor drawings.
- To consolidate and coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties and ensure proper searchable records.
- Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise in disputes and claims.
