Your Role as an Insight Manager
In this pivotal role, you will manage research projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables and insightful recommendations. With support from senior leaders, you will work closely with clients, oversee project timelines, and develop strong relationships that drive repeat business. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing research methodologies and tools (e.g., discussion guides)
- Leading qualitative fieldwork (focus groups, interviews, ethnography, etc.)
- Managing and mentoring junior researchers
- Synthesizing data into clear, actionable reports and presenting findings to clients
- Supporting business growth through proposal writing and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in ad-hoc primary quantitative and qualitative research (agency-side preferred)
- Expertise in both traditional and digital research methods
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven leadership abilities to mentor junior team members
- A degree in market research, marketing, psychology, sociology, or a related field
