Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Manage the full range of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and rewards, employee benefits, and employee relations.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are efficient and comply with governance standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related communications with our headquarters in China.
- Liaise with government agencies on labor issues to ensure compliance with local laws and group policies.
- Oversee in-house payroll operations using Times Software.
- Streamline HR operations to ensure smooth daily functions and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficient in using Times Software.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Singapore.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, retention, and career development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in communication to facilitate effective communication with senior management at headquarters.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited resources.
