Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects assigned by the Design Manager.
- Plan and execute projects to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Attend client meetings to resolve technical issues, review shop drawings, and discuss project progress.
- Review and study construction drawings and specifications.
- Raise Requests for Information (RFIs) for any project-related clarifications.
- Prepare design calculations, shop drawings, and submit them for client approval.
- Issue production drawings to the manufacturing team and ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments for design-related activities and shop drawing coordination.
- Maintain and update drawing files, making corrections when necessary.
- Handle additional duties as assigned by the Design Manager.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional certification or degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Preferred qualifications include a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or higher education in Engineering.
- Strong background in civil engineering or precast systems.
