As a Front Desk Executive, you'll be the face of our hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring that their stay is exceptional!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests (e.g. processing check-ins/out, assist with queries/requests, provide recommendations etc)
- Maintain accurate records and financial transactions
- Handle administrative tasks (e.g. reports, reservations)
- Ensure compliance to hotel safety and security procedures
Requirements:
- Min NITEC/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma (preferably related to hospitality)
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
- Well-groomed and possesses a cheerful disposition
- Able to commit to rotational shifts (weekends/PH)
