Relationship Manager (Sales)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Relationship Manager to join our Singapore branch. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating revenue by consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include consultative selling, closing deals, and efficiently managing sales-related administrative tasks to support your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with high-profile clients through personalized, one-on-one consultations.
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations, guiding clients through tailored solutions to close deals successfully.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets.
  • Manage post-sales administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Proactively follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with existing clients.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities using company databases and contacts to grow your client base.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, with strong consultative selling skills (appointment setting, presentations, closing sales).
  • A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Resilience, confidence, and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation and focus.
  • Experience working with upscale, professional clientele.
  • Availability to work on weekends as part of your regular schedule.
