Position Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Accountant with ACCA or CFA certification who also has experience or interest in Human Resources. This dual role involves managing our financial reporting, compliance, and analysis, as well as assisting with key HR functions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our finance and HR teams to support our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and standards
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Perform financial analysis to support business decisions and improve processes
- Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
- Stay updated on financial regulations and recommend process improvements
Human Resources
- Assist with recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
- Coordinate employee benefits and assist with performance management processes
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
Qualifications:
- ACCA or CFA certification required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant accounting and/or HR experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and HR best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software, HR software, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
