The E-Commerce Fulfilment Specialist is part of the E-Commerce team, and is responsible for picking and packing, fulfilling orders, communicating with customers, and providing the best service for online orders from the Little Farms online channels.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate online orders
- Pack and pick items according to online orders
- Pick the best quality produce and other items for our customers
- Assist in scheduling deliveries
- Manage payments for orders in online systems
- Check-out products at the point-of-sale system
- Store merchandising, ad-hoc receiving and restocking items
