The Opportunity

· This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading global banks.

· It is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team


The Job

· Provide timely, accurate and solution-oriented support to the Management Office (i.e. CEO & Deputy CEO and C-suite level stakeholders) on calendar management, planning of meeting agenda, recurring tasks (management meetings/board meetings, etc)

· Explore/highlight cost-efficient ways to manage all assigned responsibilities/duties (e.g. travel arrangements, visitor meetings/hosting, procurement of Corporate Hotels in Singapore and SE Asia).

· Coordinate the bank’s Senior Management visits in close cooperation with other locations (mainly Vaduz, Hong Kong) including Board of Directors based in Singapore and support respective visitors if/when needed.

· Budget, expense and invoice management via SAP Concur

· Always ensure and contribute to positive collaboration and teamwork with all internal (local/regional/Group) and external parties

· Support the team and deputize Senior Executive Assistant for broader Management Committee support when necessary

· Attend relevant trainings and courses (internal and external).

· Pro-actively update knowledge of the bank's policies and procedures and strictly adhere to applicable directives, rules and regulations.

· Support ad-hoc assignments/projects/requests where required.


The Talent

· Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, supporting senior management within consulting or wealth management space.

· Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple calendars, concurrent tasks / projects etc.

· Prior experience with budget, expense and invoice management (i.e. SAP Concur) is preferred

· Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

· Fluent in English both written and spoken; strong written and verbal communicator

· Strong analytical background, attention to detail along with structured organization and planning skills

· Highly driven and able to work under pressure
