Job summary:
IT Support Engineer will need to provide IT support to global users located in different regions. This role involves troubleshooting, system management and coordination with overseas teams via remote support.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for printers, software, mobile devices and Microsoft 365.
- Coordinate with headquarter and overseas IT teams on technical issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, security measures and user training.
- Handle IT procurement and setup of laptops, accessories and printers.
- Deploy new PCs, manager user accounts and track IT assets.
- Oversees M365 admin, VPNs, and basic server tasks (e.g. backups. Security checks).
- Create user guides and helpdesk materials.
- Manage phones, CCTV, door access and IT projects.
- Support global users remotely using remote support software.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in IT or related field preferably with 5 years of IT support experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (read and write) to liaise with different stakeholders and to translate documentation from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
- Experience in supporting overseas users and familiar with remote support software.
- Knowledge in server, M365 and VPN.
- Able to thrive in dynamic work environment.
- Team player with initiative, keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
- Good communication, writing and problem-solving skills.
