Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage progress claims, variation orders, final accounts, and settlements.
- Measure and take off quantities, negotiate, and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Provide cost estimates and evaluations to ensure competitive pricing for tender submissions.
- Source and coordinate with site personnel, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and architects on project-related matters.
- Ensure timely finalization of contracts.
- Perform any other duties necessary to complete the projects.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, administration, and handling variation orders.
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines. A good team player.
