LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Shipping Management:

1. Manage shipment (Schedule and Planning).

2. Handle import, export and shipping documentation.

3. Prepare shipment weekly report for procurement and finance department.

4. Prepare monthly Marine Cargo Insurance report for Insurance Company. (Import & Export).

5. Manage Day to Day operations to follow up the outstanding shipments.

6. Responsible for updating and generating shipment database on ERP Tigernex & Odes with correct Goods Receive Notes.

7. Prepare the necessary documents for renewal the NEA License, AVA Singapore and SCCI certificate.

8. Process Import & Export custom permit and liaise with NEA, Singapore Customs Authority.

9. Prepare for annual audit inspection report.

10. Liaise with overseas agents and carrier to check on the shipping documents rules and regulations for the respective country etc.

11. Accurately manage paperwork documentation for billing and closing of files after shipment completion.

12. Basic admin duties such as calculating costing and payment follow-up requirements.

13. Ensuring all shipment goods are received timely and correctly of inventory database.

14. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with shipping, such as delays, damages report for carrier company and discrepancy of goods in container.

15. Ensure the shipments compliance with company policies and industry standards. Including customs compliance for international shipments.



Logistics Management:

1. Counter check for the daily truck AM & PM slots truck checklist appointed by Stefan Lim.

2. Handling logistics administration such as processing delivery order, printing, despatch and returned DOs with acknowledgement etc.

3. Assist warehouse activity such as packing and classification for self-collection.

4. Data entry such as subset in/out record / service job.

5. Manage mini-chat (WhatsApp) customer for delivery confirmation and attend customer enquiries.

6. Assist warehouse team count stock before and during annual stock take.

7. In charge of Ecommerce Order such as preparation and ensure the accuracy of Waybills match with DO and follow up pending goods with salesman.

8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.


Requirements:

1. Minimum diploma and above qualifications in relevant fields.

2. Good in communication and documentation.

3. Minimum 2 years relevant experience is advantage.

4. Able to perform independantly and teamwork.

5. Short notice is preferable.
