Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee cleaning operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team of cleaning staff. This role requires a valid Singapore driving license (manual, Class 3) and the ability to perform physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
- Be trained in specialized cleaning techniques, including upholstery cleaning (mattresses, sofas, carpets, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Manage scheduling and allocation of tasks to team members.
- Load and unload cleaning equipment (up to 20kg) on a daily basis.
- Maintain punctuality and promote a strong work ethic within the team.
- Drive company lorry to job sites and return home as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Singapore driving license (manual, Class 3).
- Proven experience in a cleaning or supervisory role is preferred.
- Physically fit to handle lifting and carrying of equipment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
