Job Purpose:
As an MSP Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our leading pharmaceutical client who is a key producer of medical devices and pharmaceuticals, and the owner of many well- known consumer brands. Your responsibilities will include managing HR operational compliance processes, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR operational processes, including employee data management and administration.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities using Lean Sigma.
- Perform data entry tasks related to data quality initiatives.
- Respond to client and contractor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Contribute to statutory and compliance reporting.
- Analyze process metrics for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on defining and collecting process metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing ATS and MS Office.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong desire to contribute to the organization's success.
