- Designing and formulating a framework based on organizational and staff needs.
- Identifying core competencies and developing a training roadmap by engaging with divisional heads.
- Planning, organizing, facilitating, and managing supplies for employee development and training events.
- Arranging external training programs and managing training grants.
- Assessing costs of planned programs and managing training budgets.
- Updating and maintaining all training records.
- Designing and delivering workforce engagement activities, and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to plan and organize company events and communication activities.
- Proactively reviewing and improving HR processes through IT technology.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Learning & Development
- Degree in Business/ Human Resources
- Proficient in Exceul functions (Pivot table and Vlookup)
- Knowledge in automation tools (Uipath, VBA and PowerBI) will be an advantage
