Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
- Lead a team of seven.
- Align HR strategies, policies, system and work processes to the organization’s business goals.
- Function as an effective business partner to various business units.
- Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources.
- Develop sourcing and staffing strategy plans and partner with internal hiring managers to achieve hiring goals.
- Undertake other HR and administrative assignments or projects.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B/ Catering/ Hospitality
- Minimum 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field of which at least 2 year(s) in managerial position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Communication skills - ability to communicate to all organisation levels in English & Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
