Job Description:
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for price confirmations, payment arrangements, and inventory management.
- Ensure the accuracy of trade data in the trading system through careful input and reconciliation.
- Record trade data accurately and maintain various reports and calculations.
- Conduct checks for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital documentation.
- Help structure and improve business processes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager or General Manager.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma & Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in trade support, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with trading systems and accounting software. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address discrepancies and process issues.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
