Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full cycle of in-house recruitment functions, including job posting, screening, conducting interviews, and making an offer to shortlisted candidates.
- Conduct HR orientation and induction programs for new employees.
- Apply for and renew foreign employees' work passes.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the HR work processes, workflow, policies, and procedures applicable to the Singapore labour market.
- Assist in general administrative duties where necessary.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Min. 2–5 years of relevant recruitment experiences, preferably from EPC environment.
- Prior experience handling direct employees is a must.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act, MOM regulations, & practices.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
