Job Requirements :
- Strong proficiency in interpretation of CAD drawings, site plans and detailing
- Conduct site visits and assessments to analyze project feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Responsible for the effective completion of Architectural Works within agreed time, cost, quality and safety
- Coordination with Architect/ Consultants for technical/ shop-drawings submissions including Authorities’ Approval and materials’ approvals
- Reviewing contract specifications and drawings and raise technical clarification for any discrepancy
- Resolve architectural detailing/ technical issues on site during the architectural work progression phases
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Architectural and/ related discipline
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
- 5 Year(s) of working experience in similar role
