Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lorry Driver in the transportation and delivery of rice products to various customer locations.
- Load and unload rice packs safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
- Ensure timely delivery of products while following the driver’s instructions.
- Communicate effectively with the driver and customers regarding delivery schedules and any concerns.
- Assist in conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a lorry assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to [insert weight]) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of safety and handling procedures for food products.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
