Job Description:
- Handle progress claims, progress payment & finalization of accounts
- Source/Liaise/Negotiate of suppliers on quotations
- Prepare project budgeting, costing report
- Monitor site progress & attend site meeting
- Oversee tender & contract document adminstrator
- Identifying claim potential variation works
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in quantity surveying
- Diploma/Degree holder in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering
- Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently
- Able to communicate and coordinates with supervisor and other team member
- A positive working attitude with good initiative and responsibilities
- Able to prepare shop drawing using autocad and revit
