Job Description:
- Design and configure mechanical components and systems to integrate new machines into existing production lines or processes.
- Create and review detailed 2D and 3D CAD models and technical drawings for custom machinery and modifications.
- Develop system layouts and schematics to ensure compatibility and efficiency of integrated machinery.
- Oversee the on-site installation and commissioning of integrated machines, ensuring that they operate as designed.
- Provide technical support and adjustments during the startup phase to ensure smooth operation.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, like operation manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of design changes, test results, and integration processes.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for machine integration.
- Develop custom solutions tailored to the client's production environment and goals.
- Provide training and support to clients or end-users on the proper operation and maintenance of integrated systems.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software for mechanical design.
- Minimum 2 years experience in machine integration, automation, or mechanical design
