Location: Pioneer
Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (Mon to Thur), 8.30am to 5.15pm (Fri)
Salary Range: $3200 to $3800
- Manage industry exposure programmes
- Liaise with faculty members and other departments to support students in credit-bearing internships and professional exposure programmes
- Coordinate with divisions on allocation of internship supervisors
- Coordinate with supervisors on marks entry and submission
- Prepare periodic reports for management and government agencies
- Course request approval/appeal, Course registration
- Work on exchange numbers, nomination, and placement.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to work out streaming arrangement (specialisation capacity and system setup)
- Provide streaming updates and reports to management
- Perform allocation, manage appeals, and process changes.
- General admin duties
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
