Responsibilities
- To follow the sales plan and open new accounts for the catering business
- Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.
- Assist clients in menu selection/proposal/event
- Prepare and send out online group and beverage promotions, festival foods, sales and marketing to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
- Handle e-procurement system to assist to settle with all vendors
- Prepare, distribute, update and keep record of all weekly, monthly reports and clients’ data base
Requirements
- Required Diploma/Degree in Hotel and F&B Management or equivalent
- Candidates with experience in Catering/Hotel is an added advantage
- Excellent customer service and able to interact well with clients
- Outgoing personality and highly motivated
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- 5 days work / 9am to 6pm
- Lunch meal provided
