- Opportunity to work in a Shipping & Marine Transportation Organisation
- 6 months contract
- Monday – Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm; Friday: 8.30am to 4.00pm
- Location: Labrador park
- Candidates without experience but with relevant education studies are welcomed to apply as training will be provided!
The Talent:
- Minimum: Diploma in Accounting
- SAP Experience will be an added advantage
Job Description
- Check batch listing of AR, AP, cash payment entries and schedules prepared by Accounts Clerk.
- Post accounts receivable receipts.
- Prepare and post general journals.
- Manage monthly closing of accounts.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Prepare quarterly GST report.
- Support audit and tax queries.
- Any other duties as instructed by the management
