Responsibilities:
- Perform technology scouting relevant to innovations for ICT, consumer electronics and various smart devices. Prepare the technology insights reports in selected fields.
- Identify and evaluate new technological trends or business opportunities
- Cultivate partnerships and exchange with international innovation teams.
- Establish the partnership with universities, research institutes and startups. Support existing research collaboration relationships.
- Work in close collaboration and constant communication with peers. Assist with identifying collaborative projects partners, budgets and timelines. Provide guidance and advice on IPR and usage. Review agreements and lead the negotiation of business and IPR position for the collaboration projects in consultant with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage timelines and capacities to handle multiple tasks at a time.
Requirements:
- Computer Engineering or Science background. Master's Degree or PhD’ Degree.
- Excellent networking skills, both internal and external.
- Strong aptitude for working with a broad range of scientific and innovative disciplines.
- Strong willingness to learn and gain deeper competencies in various fields.
- Strong eagerness to translate insights into opportunities.
- Advanced creative, deductive and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Good Project Management skills.
- Conscientious, responsible, self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- People leadership skills and a proven capability to lead in matrix organizations without formal disciplinary responsibility
- Analytical and conceptualization skills.
- Advanced ability to structure, illustrate and or communicate complex concepts in an understandable, practicable manner
