Job Profile Summary:

Reporting to Lead, Manpower Development, you will be responsible for the end-to-end workflow for the Apprentice Programme, from outreach, selection, matching, onboarding, training, OJT to post programme evaluation.

You will also be responsible for reviewing the processes and workflows to keep up to date, as well as provide data analysis for programme effectiveness and performance of the apprentices.

Job Description:

  • Plan and coordinate candidate outreach through various sources, including campuses, job portals, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Assist in the shortlisting and selection process for candidates.
  • Liaise with assigned mentors to match apprentices.
  • Collaborate with the HR business partner to administer the onboarding of selected apprentices.
  • Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to schedule training for apprentices.
  • Track the performance of apprentices throughout the programme.
  • Update related policies and workflows to align with company and/or industry changes, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide data management and analytics support to the Lead, Manpower Development, focusing on programme effectiveness and apprentice performance.
  • Assist in marketing the programme to various internal and external stakeholders.

Working Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in insurance agency management work or recruitment acquisition and onboarding related work

Professional Qualifications:

  • CMFAS certification is an advantage

Education:

  • Degree in any discipline

Language:

  • Strong command of the English language
