Permanent, 5.5 days, island wide
Job scope
· To supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance activities for preventive and corrective maintenance works.
· To manage the internal team of technicians n external contractors for facilities operations.
· To conduct regular inspections of the building premises, systems and any equipment.
· To assist in preparing and submission of costing and quotations if required.
· To attend and respond to users’ requests for building equipment fault
· To perform routine inspection on electrical facilities and services.
· Attending to work orders maintenance of the properties and maintain proper maintenance checklist.
Requirement
· Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or building engineering
- 3 years’ experience of building facilities operations
- proficient in building M&E systems (Electrical, ACMV, Chiller, Fire Protection etc.).
